Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Operations/NOC Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing critical network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security analysts, and operations teams, to drive projects from inception to completion. We have a critical need for a candidate to understand open source tools used in a network operations environment as well. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in network operations/NOC or project management. * Proven track record of successfully managing complex network projects. * Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls). * Proficiency in NOC tools and systems (e.g., network monitoring, ticketing systems). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
