Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Maintain relationships and represent the company to the customer during project execution.

Oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from concept to implementation.

Develop and manage detailed project plans.

Conduct project risk reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive continuous improvement of team competencies, operational KPIs, and cross-team collaboration.

Manage communications between all project stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for:

1–2 years of experience in project leadership.

Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.

A proactive “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse, remote, and onsite teams.

Proficiency in the MS Office package.
