Job Responsibilities

1. POC Project & Vendor Engagement

1) Support procurement of software/tools for development teams.

2) Support the execution of outsourcing proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, including contract coordination and milestone validation before payment to outsourcing agencies.

3) Collaborate with key stakeholders on vendor evaluation scores and feedback.

2. On-site Contractor Management:

1) Coordinate seamless onboarding for on-site contractors, including IT access, workspace management, equipment provisioning, and etc.

2) Act as the liaison between internal teams and third-party staffing agencies to ensure consistent communication, hiring and service delivery.

3) Manage monthly operational reconciliations, including travel expense validation, invoice accuracy checks, and tracking of employee leave (e.g., sick days).

3. Asset & Material Management:

1) Track and manage IT equipment, testing equipment and other materials.

2) Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely procurement and return of assets.

4. Compliance Operations

1) Ensure operational activities comply with internal control standards and corporate governance policies.

2) The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external outsourcing agencies to ensure seamless operational execution. Ensure the process is transparent, fair, and compliant with corporate policies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Procurement, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or compliance-related roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and vendor evaluations.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with outsourcing agencies or vendor management is a plus.
