Our Operations Program Manager will be responsible for managing production deliverables in the circuit card assembly (CCA) factory on a major production program in the TacAir product line. Primary responsibilities include: + Act as the liaison between Operations and other program functions (program management, supply chain planning, quality, and engineering) to represent the CCA factory + Drive and manage the production build schedule and execution plans, including leading return to green plans as needed + Work across functions to manage and resolve material and technical impacts to the production build schedule + Analyze and understand cost, quality, and delivery metrics for the factory and drive appropriate action to improve + Drive and manage affordability initiatives for the factory in support of meeting an aggressive cost burn-down plan + Work with supply chain to manage material shortages and communicate priorities to factory teams + Present to program teams on production status and identify technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed for the program s success + Effectively hold functions accountable to action item closure and driving resolution The expectation is that this OPM is full-time onsite given the production program team s schedule and operating norms. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Leadership skills (influencing in a matrixed organization and managing teams without direct reporting relationships) + Must have (or be able to obtain) a current/active secret clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience working with supply chain + Experience working in the factory environment for Production programs + Experience presenting to program stakeholders Education: + 8 Years with HS + 6 Years with AA + 4 Years with BS + 2 Years with MS **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
