**Summary:** At Meta’s Reality Labs, we are developing the future of robotics. As an Operations Program Manager, you will be a critical member of the team and work closely with a multi-disciplinary group of engineers. You’ll ensure that all the operational needs of the team are met to enable our program to succeed. You will work with teams across Reality Labs including hardware, software, legal, finance, operations, and facilities to build impactful relationships, serve as a dependable point of contact, and ensure your program’s needs are met. To do this, you will need a blend of project management and operations acumen to collaborate cross-functionally. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders, and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while delving into the details on specific issues. Our team consists of varying levels of experiences and backgrounds. **Required Skills:** Operations Program Manager, Robotics Responsibilities: 1. Manage prototype sourcing and logistics for early-stage program needs including Hardware Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and invoice approvals 2. Lead the evaluation of major hardware CapEx and opex decisions, and business cases on manufacturing scope, and insource vs. outsource choices 3. Facilitate logistics and tracking including shipment of prototype parts amongst internal, supplier, and external sites 4. Manage the distribution of prototype hardware by tracking prototype and parts inventory, coordinate demo experiences, and manage prototype documentation 5. Manage and track hardware budgets and create reliable quarterly estimates and actuals 6. Work cross functionally with finance, facilities, procurement, legal, and managing vendors 7. Proactively identify inefficiencies and develop mitigation plans **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 9. 5+ years of experience with project management or operations management experience 10. Experience understanding and communicating technical information to non-experts 11. Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner 12. Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a broad, cross-functional team 13. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams 14. Interpersonal experience with resolving conflicts 15. Experience building relationships internally and externally across more than one discipline 16. Operations experience covering a wide set of evolving responsibilities and ambiguous situations **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 17. MBA degree 18.
