The Retirement Distributions Platform is a new platform that will be a key participant in the upcoming Retirement Distribution Transformation. The focus will be to enhance both our client’s and operation partner’s experiences.
As a Product Owner for the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design of the platform, including the identification of the roles and responsibilities it would have. This will require significant in-depth research of our existing functionalities and processes, as well as forming partnerships with other product owners and our business partners. You will be expected to be both an advocate for quality design and an innovator who is willing to challenge existing methods.
Brief Description of the Role:
The role of the Product Owner is a pivotal one that is expected to be aware of clients’ needs and the fundamentals of software solutions. You will be responsible for prioritizing a multitude of requests, which regularly exceed our development capacity. You will participate in design conversations and maintain documentation for future reference. You will also be responsible for communicating status on multiple workstreams to stakeholders.
What you haveRequired:
3+ years of experience as a product ownerExperience in performing independent research of complex business and technology processesExperience designing a new platform with the aim of proposing platform level requirements
Preferred
Prior experience using Jira and ConfluenceProficient in PowerPointIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
