YOUR \"DAY-TO-DAY\"

 

This role supports operational planning and performance management within the manufacturing and factory controlling environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring that plans, data, and execution are aligned to business objectives by providing analytical support, coordination, and structured insights to stakeholders across functions. The role is suitable for candidates with strong analytical capability, planning discipline, and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a structured manufacturing setting. Key Accountabilities:Support operational and business planning processes across manufacturing activitiesConsolidate, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to support management decision‑makingMonitor plans versus actuals, identify gaps or risks, and support follow‑up actionsCoordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on assumptions, priorities, and timelinesPrepare regular management reports, dashboards, and materials for reviews and governance forumsSupport continuous improvement initiatives through analysis, standardization, and process disciplineEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established control and governance frameworks

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or FinanceEconomics/Accounting or relevant skills through demonstrated experience (open for Fresh Graduate)Having 1-2 years of relevant experience in multinational company would be beneficialFluent both in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both speaking and writtenHave strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention to detailAgile and innovative in problem solvingAdvanced knowledge in ExcelHas knowledge in GMRB and SAP would be preferableHave good analytical skills - data interpretation, business acumen, and business partneringWilling for travel and to be located in all-over Indonesia
