Join our team in the position of:
**Operations Planner (m/f)**
**in** **Nestlé** **Purina factory** **Nowa Wieś Wrocławska**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare a coordinated set of supply and deployment plans of finished/semi-finished goods, whilst minimizing the total delivered costs
+ Give visibility of future capacity overload or underutilization and support decision making, by providing alternative supply scenarios that balance available capacity and demand
+ Adhere to Planning process for both Production Execution and Load Planning within alignment to the long term Master Production Schedule, whilst optimizing production costs
+ Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal/external partners
+ Identify areas for process improvement and suggest actionable solutions
+ Reducing write-off costs by effectively managing project changes
**Our expectations:**
+ Minimum two years of relevant experience in, at least, one of the following areas of an FMCG company:
+ Production
+ Export
+ Logistics
+ Supply planning
+ Understanding of business planning processes, supply planning best practices and inventory management practices
+ Understanding of customer service, physical logistics, manufacturing, purchasing, sequencing of production
+ Knowledge of new product launch and promotion processes
+ Understanding the impact of demand plan decisions on execution
+ Professionalism and emotional maturity in their interactions with stakeholders and decision-making
+ SAP (R/3 & APO) & OMP knowledge would be preferable but not essential as training will be given
+ Upper-intermediate English level
+ Proficiency in MS Office suite
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ High analytical skills
