Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-3 years experience in operations, stores, budgeting, forecasting or reportingStrong analytical, planning and organization skillsAdvanced decision-making, leadership or communication skillsStrong knowledge of Excel/PC spreadsheet functionalityStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.Preferred
Proven project management skills with ability to multitask Ability to work as a part of a team & interact effectively with othersRetail experience or retail operations business acumenSpecial Requirements
On-call responsibility and flexible schedule as needed to support business operations.Travel
