The Operations Performance Analyst drives operational effectiveness through advanced analysis, performance reporting, and insight generation. This role supports enterprise operational strategy and continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps, improving transparency, and strengthening how results are measured and communicated. Partnering across business and technology teams, the analyst helps improve productivity, accountability, and profitability while enabling the organization to adapt to evolving business needs.

Analyze operational performance and develop metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworksTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational and business leadersIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and execution qualitySupport workflow mapping, requirements definition, and gap analysis for improvement initiativesBuild and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting for pilots and programsSupport business-case development by defining assumptions, drivers, and performance impactsPrepare executive-ready presentations and materials that communicate insights and progressPartner cross-functionally with business, operations, and technology teamsSupport issue resolution through structured problem-solving and analytical thinkingDeliver ad hoc analysis, due diligence, and project support as neededRequirements
3-5 years of experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or operational performanceBachelor’s degree requiredStrong experience working with operational and performance metricsAdvanced Excel skills; strong PowerPoint proficiencyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsPreferred:
