The Operations Officer 70-80% based in Zurich will be responsible the operational setup of the company and support a variety of operational tasks concerning management and distribution of collective investments, investment management of foreign funds. The position requires training and previous working experience in Swiss fund regulation and investment management operations.

In this role you will:
Be part of the operations team identifying and monitoring on-going obligations with respect to investment management duties ensuring that the correct procedures are in place, and initiate / implement change when required; Serving as a backup for the representation of foreign funds regulatory function and carry out operational controls;Draft, implement and update existing entity operational procedures adjusted towards the applicable operating model;Record and evaluate cross border notifications, trade requests, employee conflicts of interest, manage internal gifts benefit register, training registers, interface for personal account dealing controls, PEP controls;Own, manage and update KYC and KYD documentation as well as sanctions control process in coordination with outsourcing partners (back-up);Serve as manager of customer complaints in cooperation with product management and client relationship managers;Own the marketing material sign off process / publicational websites and timely return to business development;Oversight over third party engagements, third party outsourcing, controls and coordination of rebate calculation (back up).
