They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, offering an outstanding opportunity to influence large-scale operations and work alongside a motivated team driven by excellence. **What You'll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees, including training and development, performance evaluations, and mentoring. Coordinate the recruiting and hiring of new team members. + Lead daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines while mentoring and coaching as needed. + Understand Federal regulations and build flawless processes to define the scope of work. + Prepare ad hoc data reports on revenue, expenses, and other business metrics. Evaluate trends to find opportunities for financial improvement. Coordinate the monthly forecasting process for assigned clients or regions. + Ensure strict compliance with company policy, business and professional licensing, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines. + Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team. + Partner with regional teams and departments to successfully implement organizational programs. + Assist in the development of training programs, business processes, and system training programs. + Facilitate the communication of policies, procedures, and initiatives to build consistency across the region. + Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreements. + Apply knowledge of your field and integrate it with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may arise in existing systems and processes. **What You'll Need** **:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. + Proven experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team and impact quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Outstanding organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach. + Candidates must presently have the authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship at present or later.
