We’re looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Hospitality) to join the corporate headquarters of a growing Quick Service Restaurant group based in West End Edmonton. This is a fully onsite, office-based role (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and cannot be performed remotely.
Our client operates multiple restaurant locations across Canada and is known for promoting from within and developing future leaders. As the organization continues to grow, this role will support restaurant operations, brand standards, and local store marketing initiatives from head office. Operations & Marketing Coordinator responsibilities: Coordinate operational activities from head office and support restaurant managers with company standards, procedures, and best practices Communicate new programs, policies, and initiatives and support successful implementation across restaurant locations Review operational audits and monitor compliance, identifying opportunities and recommending improvements Run reports and track performance KPIs to support operational and marketing decision-making Assist with scheduling best practices and restaurant operational planning Support local store marketing initiatives (approximately 20% of the role), including preparing PowerPoint presentations and campaign materials Collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing leadership on cross-functional projects Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting timelines The successful candidate has: 2+ years of experience in hospitality, quick service restaurant operations, franchise support, or multi-location retail Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with restaurant managers and corporate stakeholders Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and comfort working with data and reporting Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects without micromanagement Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Compensation and benefits: Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience Health benefits Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding hospitality organizationCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
