Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily
basis.
Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and
maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring
satisfaction.
Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
Plan, communicate, and track all aspects of the IM Solutions Operations department
Lead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetings
Lead weekly Operations department meetings
Actively participate in weekly Leadership meetings
Work closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems
and to follow through with implementation
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing
standards, processes, and procedures
Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer
experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Serve as a key point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality,
customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.??
Work collaboratively with all IMS Solutions staff for the greater good of the company
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.
