**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**JOB TITLE** – **Operations Manager, Locum Tenens**
**GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:** The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting upper management in setting parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating. Responsible for targeting areas in which the company may need to improve operational efficiency; specifically the successful business deployment and ongoing business ownership of technology products and tools, mainly Workforce 2.0. Also responsible for building and maintaining operational relationships with both internal and external clients while providing outstanding customer service and delivery.
**SUPERVISOR** – Program Director
**SUPERVISES** – 2-5 Direct Reports
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO** :
+ Act as liaison between IT, Recruitment, Staffing and Credentialing Departments.
+ Provides recommendations for customization of Workforce 2.0 to match the specifications of the field organization.
+ Assist with building business cases and testing on customizations and product development
+ Strategically implement departmental best practices to ensure key performance indicators are sustained.
+ Assist with the training of staff, clients and vendors on Workforce 2.0
+ Effectively manage across functions to create broad participation and buy-in to the product initiatives and management process.
+ Review and support Human Resource, credentialing and vendor auditing processes, specifically how Workforce 2.0 can be leveraged
+ Obtains feedback from staff regarding personal development/educational needs. Identifies develops and implement new service areas
+ Ability to collaborate with departments at headquarters including: Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Audit, Finance, Marketing/Communication, Sales and IT
+ Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information.
+ Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned
· Troubleshoot all timesheet issues for internal providers and act as liaison between payroll and recruitment including, but not limited to, executing daily reports for timesheet statuses and determining escalation for approvals at the facility level.
· Create rate cards for all Workforce matches in the Locums physicians department that align with contracted amounts and dates for A/P and A/R (both internal and external).
· Lead and support project initiatives in accordance with continued departmental growth and HWS compliance.
+ Requires travel from 5-10% of the time.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES** – This position requires the following minimal requirements:
+ Ability to implement processes, train, lead and motivate
+ Demonstrate the interpersonal skills to interface well with all other disciplines of the business at a managerial level as well as a front line team level.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
+ Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
**EDUCATION** – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
**EXPERIENCE** –
+ Works best in a fast-paced role with a self-starter approach
+ Ability to focus on attention to detail
+ Strong desire to pursue a management career
+ Works well in a team environment and has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent customer service skills

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** –
+ Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently and/or 5 lbs constantly.
+ Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching.
+ Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
· Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
· Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
