On 2. Juli 2025 we have opened a new Hampton by Hilton hotel in Dresden and we are now looking for you as our new Operations Manager. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager, develop your new team on site and take care of the organizational framework.
At your new workplace, you will benefit from the central location and the charm of a brand new hotel. The Hampton by Hilton Dresden City Centre has 203 modern rooms, a garage, a bar and breakfast area as well as a business and fitness center. The proximity to the airport and popular tourist attractions such as the Frauenkirche will not only make the hotel a magnet for business travelers and tourists, but also offers our employees an attractive working environment.
Work Experience
Your daily business
Support hotel management in the leadership and organization of all departments and employeesParticipate in day-to-day operations and process group inquiries and reservationsAssist in the recruitment of new employeesTrain new employees including ensuring an efficient and sustainable onboarding processReview guest feedback, develop strategies for continuous improvementPromote brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standardsDevelop and execute in-house sales & marketing strategiesProvide operational support in all hotel areas
Our Expectation
Relevant professional experience in the hotel industry with a focus on front office / rooms, preferably in the city hotel industryFirst operational management experienceVery good written and spoken German and English skillsConfident handling of common hotel softwareGood IT skills with a focus on MS Office (MS Excel)Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
