Your expertise will help us continue to strengthen our operations, improve our processes, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Train and develop Paint and Pack Team Leaders, focusing on business acumen and building a pipeline of talent for Danfoss. + Secure performance in your value stream regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Satisfaction. + Provide and facilitate communication amongst team members, between teams, other areas, and with customers. + Coach and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, actively contributing to work safety and striving for true 5S. + Coach to ensure we are completing core processes (Root Cause Problem Solving, system audits, internal audits) and following through with appropriate problem-solving methodologies. + Identify and lead Kaizen events, ensuring the achievement and sustainability of results. + Drive accountability of Value Stream Map activities, quantifying projects, ensuring completion, and ensuring sustainable results. **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience. + 5+ years’ experience leading others in a manufacturing environment. + Experience working with and managing business financials. + Strong understanding and practice of Continuous Improvement methods (Kaizen, LEAN principles, Six Sigma tools, etc.). + Ability to lead and develop a vision and strategy for the business area, gaining alignment and support.
