About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Manager within Legal Services for Writs and Levies.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop one or more specialized customer service and operations functional teams within Operations area with complex and risk in functional areaDevelop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and complianceEngage stakeholders and internal partners associated within the Operations areaWork independently on moderately complex issues and projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to more experienced managementProvide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced teamMake decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and procedures for operation functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibilityProvide responsibility for budget and financial performanceCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for OperationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experience

Background with legal orders such as Writs, Levies, or court ordersStrong attention to detailStrong pipeline managementHogan system experienceAbility to interact with all levels of an organization including senior leadership/managementExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsWorkforce management experience including directing activities of team members, performance management, career development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planningAbility to anticipate and make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence changeExperience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurementsAbility to influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsAbility to provide strong customer service and develop customer and partner relationshipsProven analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience in trend analysis and recommending appropriate changes to identify and address root cause.
Job Expectations:
Ability to work on-site at one of the posted work locations (Hybrid 1 week in office, 1 week work from home).Position will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time - though there is an open-ended requirement to support business needs and volumes as department largely has same day SLA requirements.May include occasional Saturdays, though unlikely.

This position is within Legal Services, which part of the Banking Operations group. This manager will lead a team of Legal Operations Processors and Team Leads who action and respond to legal orders served on the bank to garnish money from customer accounts.
