We are looking for a strong Operations Manager- Food and Beverage who will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets within FB Beverage Division. You will assist the Director of Food Beverage in planning and directing the functions of administration and planning of the outlets to meet the daily needs of operation, managing Outlet Managers to successfully lead the multiple outlets. You will ensure that marketing calendar, financials, manning and product offering are correct.
In this role, you willfunction as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlets, to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the division’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the division.

Minimum of 3 years as FB Management preferredWine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferredIdeal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leaderPrevious experience in Hotel Room Service, Stewarding, Fine Dining, and Beverage strongly preferred.Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skillsExperience with training, financial management and customer serviceProficient in general computer knowledgeA true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast - paced customer service environmentPrevious luxury brand experience preferredMust possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom lineExperience implementing new FB conceptsThis position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rightsIdeal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
