Operations Manager - Completions

Lead field operations excellence in completion technologies while driving safety, quality, and financial performance. This strategic role combines operational leadership with P&L responsibility, offering the opportunity to manage complex completion operations, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth in a world-class organization.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Lead execution of all operational activities including resource management, crew utilization, asset optimization, and inventory control to maximize EBITDA performance.
+ Assume full P&L responsibility for the completion product line, ensuring business objectives and customer expectations are achieved in compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct Service Quality Review meetings, and ensure alignment with sales on pricing strategies and new business opportunities.
+ Provide technical support to field staff and customers throughout job execution, including briefing, debriefing, and post-job analysis.
+ Lead safety meetings, facilitate Job Hazard Analysis updates, investigate incidents, and demonstrate effective safety leadership across all operations.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).
+ Minimum 7+ years of relevant operations experience and 3+ years in sales.
+ 3+ years of P&L management experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of completion tools, wellbore isolation technologies, liner hanger designs, and artificial lift systems.
+ Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP.
+ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with ability to work in high-pressure situations.
+ Travel requirement: 10-25% domestic and international.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience with JDE, Hyperion, TapRoot, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and FieldFX systems.
+ Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
