You will be the Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead for the Modification Maintenance / Production Team. Our team is responsible for providing leadership for all work performed for a Modification Maintenance / Production Team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading aircraft modification efforts, including test and development, and serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance and support personnel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing on-site leadership and strategic directionEnsuring a fully staffed, trained, and skilled workforce that operates within budget and contractual schedulesEnsuring compliance and adherence to the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and managing associated tasks thereinPerforming Cost Account Management (CAM) actions for modificationsCoordinating with facilities and managing the overall health and appearance of the siteWhy Join Us

Basic Qualifications:
- Aircraft / Task Scheduling experience
- Microsoft Office Suite of Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project) experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ten (10) years aircraft management experience
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Capable of working in a fast paced, demanding environment, providing independent thinking, problem resolution, and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management
- Experience working within a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) environment
Desired Skills:
Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience
Experience with the Special Operations Forces (SOF) customer environment.
* C130 aircraft production, modification, install and resource planning
* C130 Flight Line Operations
* C130 Sustainment Operations
Ability to model Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership competencies
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with Culture Optimization, Performance Management Teams (PMTs), or Culture of Accountability (CoA) programs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
