Airswift is searching for an Operations Manager to lead plant operations in a  industrial/manufacturing sector, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and monitor all plant operations to meet production and quality targets. Develop operational strategies and manage key projects and improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure planning. Lead asset management processes, inspections, and operational performance optimization. Drive continuous improvement, Lean/TPM methodologies, and change management. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, production, engineering). Ensure full compliance with HSSE standards, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Engineering. 8–10+ years of operational experience within chemical, petrochemical, utilities, or industrial manufacturing. Proven experience leading 24/7 operations teams. Strong background in process optimization, RCA, maintenance coordination, and operational excellence. Solid knowledge of ISO systems (9001, 14001, 45001). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.).
