Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and develop a team of operations professionals to achieve operations targets and quality standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational plans with business goals and objectives. + Monitor manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste. + Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. + Develop and implement training programs to develop operations personnel. + Oversee production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. + Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. **Qualifications** **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + A minimum of eight years professional experience + Ability to build interdependent partnering relationships that facilitate the accomplishment of Operation’s goals/objectives. + Basic project management skills. + Solid understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. + Ability to be based on site and support up to 10% domestic and international travel. **Preferred:** + Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or other relevant fields. Experience in a warehousing operations environment. + Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Devices industry. + Experience working in FDA-regulated environments. + Knowledge of capacity planning, financial competence and a basic understanding of lean manufacturing technologies. + Formal lean six-sigma/process excellence training and/or certification. + Analytical skills utilizing digital tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, or Tableau **Other:** + Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
