Job Description One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for an Operations Manager to help lead their construction operations in the Gulf Coast. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the company business plan in the region. They are accountable for success including achievement of Safety, Quality and Productivity goals and profit targets. They will lead project teams to achieve specific goals, develop co-workers, participate in regional business development and planning, and setting safety culture for the business unit. This is a fully onsite role that will require some travel across the greater Tampa/Ft. Myer area. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering related field and 15 years of experience OR 20+ years of experience in construction industry - Previous experience having worked in a leadership role for a concrete subcontractor; performing business planning, business development and executing operationally. - Tremendous communication and leadership skills; must be able to maintain and develop high level client relationships - Strong project financial skills; responsible for P+L for region
