Step into a pivotal role at one of Australia’s most respected commercial real estate teams. Our team is looking for a proactive, highly organised Operations Manager to support senior leaders and brokers across major property campaigns and high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and diary support to senior leaders
Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, events and internal communications
Assist brokers with end-to-end property campaigns, including marketing materials, listings and IM preparation
Liaise with creative agencies, marketing teams and external vendors
Maintain accurate deal information in Salesforce and internal systems
Support financial processes including POs, invoices, expenses and trust account coordination
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
About You
Proven experience in high-level administration or team coordination
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Advanced MS Office, InDesign experience is a bonus
Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ideally experienced in commercial real estate, property, or professional services
