Job Title: Operations Manager

Description

•\tLaunch and oversee all daily operations for the Florence division

•\tManage job scheduling, crew assignments, material procurement, and field execution

•\tDevelop and implement local processes that support efficiency, safety, and high-quality project delivery

•\tEnsure compliance with local and state codes, including HUD installation requirements

•\tMonitor active projects and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns

•\tRecruit, hire, and train installation crews and support staff

•\tIdentify and develop internal leaders as the team scales

•\tProvide day-to-day coaching, direction, and performance oversight

•\tBuild a culture of professionalism, pride, and accountability across the division

•\tCultivate relationships with manufactured home retailers, developers, and park operators

•\tRespond to local inquiries, create estimates, and manage projects from bid to completion

•\tRepresent in the local market with integrity and professionalism

•\tGrow the division’s pipeline of repeat customers and long-term partners

•\tBuild and maintain a network of subcontractors across key trades (grading, utilities, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

•\tCoordinate permitting, inspections, and utility services to keep projects moving

•\tNegotiate vendor pricing and scheduling to support job profitability and timely delivery

•\tUse Salesforce and internal tools to manage jobs, schedule crews, track leads, and generate performance reports

•\tParticipate in weekly reporting and leadership check-ins

•\tOffer feedback and ideas to improve systems, tools, and workflows

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tHands-on experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or mobile home installation. Familiarity with Subcontractors and the general flow of construction is important.

•\tStrong leadership and team-building experience, with experience managing crews or job sites

•\tAbility to execute projects from both a strategic and operational perspective

•\tSales or customer service experience, ideally in construction or housing services

•\tManufactured housing industry experience strongly preferred

•\tProficient with software tools such as Salesforce, or similar project management platforms

•\tHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities

•\tExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

This is a Permanent position based out of Lydia, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
