Crest Technologies is a company headquartered in Japan. We started as an after-sales service company in 1999
and have now expanded to providing maintenance for industrial and production equipment of Japan's top
manufacturers. We operate globally and have offices in China, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Our clients include the world’s top semiconductor manufacturers and automobile equipment, Manufacturers.
In May 2022 we opened our Arizona office, and we are looking to expand our team.

Oversee all employee operations; ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly; coordinate
training and travel schedules; ensure timely communication between our employees, management
team, and clients; assist in resolving all employee inquiries.
Communicate directly with Clients regarding employee performance, training, schedules, hiring
projections, etc.; hold meetings with clients on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis to ensure
smooth operations.
Research and work directly with different vendors to align with our employee, company, and client
needs. For example, working with different Hotels, Apartments, Rental Car Agencies, Airlines, Travel
Agencies, Payroll Provider, 401k Provider, Benefits Provider, etc.
Manage all in-person onboarding of new employees; ensure all new hire documentation is completed
and filed appropriately; setup employee laptops and walk through of trainings; add and update
employee information in our payroll and HR software; review and edit timecards; manage attendance,
PTO, Sick time, Holidays, etc.
Travel to on-site locations to meet with employees and clients; provide assistance on miscellaneous
tasks that arise during our business operations.
Salary: $25-$35

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to speak and read English and Japanese
- Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Travel to clients` sites domestically and internationally for training, support and assistance as required
or requested.
- If necessary, you may be asked to work on weekends, holidays, or overtime. (Flexible support such as
substitute holidays and adjusting working hours)
