Position: Operations Manager

About the Role:
Airswift is proud to partner with a major player in the energy sector to recruit an Interim Industry Operations Manager. This role will lead a cross-functional team to deliver market-leading metering services, optimize onboarding processes, and support the rollout of SMART/AMR programmes. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and enhance customer journeys through data integrity and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of approximately 9 FTEs, ensuring high performance and engagement. Deliver efficient, cost-effective metering services and support strategic rollout programmes. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and brokers to improve service offerings. Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and data integrity across operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain governance standards. Develop and monitor KPIs, providing insights to senior management. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing multi-functional teams in energy operations. Strong knowledge of UK power and gas systems and B2B industry processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data and compliance. Commercial awareness and ability to drive process improvements. Familiarity with Junifer systems is highly desirable.
