Skills and Requirements 5–7 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related field. 3 years' experience in supervisory or management roles with direct reports. 2 years' experience on the production floor in Digital, Flexographic, or Screen printing required Bachelor’s degree Knowledge of durable label printing, converting, or related manufacturing industries is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with ERP or manufacturing information systems Exposure to ISO standards and LEAN manufacturing methods. -EPMS experience a plus
