PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述 + Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related disciplines; + Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a managerial position; At least 3 years experience in Automotive Industry + Good knowledge and experience implementing plant wide productivity and process improvement programs such as 5S, TPM, SMD, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Poka Yoke, etc. + Good communication and team building skills to focus team efforts on meeting productivity and quality targets. + Good English communication skills (Written and Spoken) + Possesses excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. + Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, QC080000 and HSF is preferred.
