What this job involves:
The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of JLL.
Duties:
Provides daily leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safetyDevelop and maintain positive client relationshipConflict resolution and solution analysisProvides contract compliance management and quality controlResponsible for JLL Engineering compliance programPreparation of detailed budgets for Facility Manager as requestedPreparation of regular and ad-hoc reportsPreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionPeople Manager of hourly technicians.Time approvalAbility to create Performance Reviews/performance management of team, Goal Setting and Team OCP initiativesStrong Communication & Administrative SkillsAble to problem solve and partner with JLL resources to support the teamRequired Qualifications:
3 Years Trade or 3 Years Engineering encouragedApplicable codes, laws and regulationsAbility to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of Microsoft Office Suite)Skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications.Ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, Blackberry, cell phone, etc.)Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammarKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionAbility to bend, sit, knell, squat, stand, reach and lay as required to access equipment components for extended periods of time.Locations:
