What You will Do:

Manage VBU annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythms (e.g. center reviews, appraisals, calibration, annual compensation review)Support VBU strategy development and policy deployment, cascaded through KRAs throughout the businessMeasure and report on VBU senior staff KRA performance to support performance management processWork with IT Apps to develop improved dashboards to assess business health and direct management attention where it is neededAnalyze performance metrics for the VBU and its constituent SAG Centers, and advise on improvement opportunities; track and report on related actionsDrive special initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance performance, growth, innovation, and hygiene of the VBUWork with enabler departments to identify and implement process and tool improvements

What You Will Bring:

Bachelors in Engineering or Management with at least 2 years of management experience; experience in power generation industry is preferredDemonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across culturesWillingness and ability to learn, adopt best practices, and educate othersSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyAbility to communicate and present effectively and clearly with management, peers, team members, and clientsGood business acumen and the ability to analyze data to gain insights and can use these to identify business improvement opportunities

Pay Range: $60000 to $75000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, up to 20% of travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
