We are hiring an **Operations Manage** r in New York NY. Here are the details:
· Shift: Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm (3 days a week onsite)
· Weekly paycheck
· Pay: $32/hr.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Support the Operations team through US outreach, process improvement, and logistics on city and region wide projects. Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large events, promotions and program initiatives.
+ Come up with innovative solutions to generate scaled interests to reach and onboard earners at scale.
+ Interact & support earners through branded interaction at all stages of onboarding. Help with onboarding earners onto the system. Maintain and organize earner outreach documentation
**Qualifications:**
+ B.A. or B.S. (recent graduates encouraged to apply!)
+ 1 - 2 years of operations/analytical or related experience (internships included)

**Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
