Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the Purchasing, Estimating, Design and Permitting DepartmentsDevelop and Division operations to hit all targets for sales, starts and closings.Review operations and performance of various aspects of the Division ongoingly. Work with Division President to take corrective action as deemed necessary to achieve goals.Foster environment and processes that create repeat customersRecognize talent and recruit, retain, and motivate a team across all functions required to run a successful Division.Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectivesTrain and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government and customer policies, procedures and regulationsStrive to meet or exceed Division Key Results Area standardsBuild strategic relationships and a network of business contactsEnsure Division compliance with all company policies and procedures and enforce all established standardsWork with Division President to provide counsel, guidance and coaching to the management staff in developing their personnel management capabilities and professional skillsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAble to travel overnightSupervisory Responsibilities
