**Description:**
Hyatt Centric Park City is seeking a highly motivated **Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, with additional support responsibilities in Food & Beverage and overall hotel operations. The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience, maintaining brand standards, and supporting a positive, guest-focused work environment.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with leaders and colleagues of the hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to hospitality operations.
**Duties include:**
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of Front Office and Housekeeping; assist in F&B Outlets and as needed.
+ Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring high service standards and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
+ Lead and mentor colleagues to uphold brand service standards and hospitality culture.
+ Perform front desk duties/training as needed to support the team.
+ Maintain accurate room inventory and oversee efficient room inspection protocols.
+ Coordinate staffing levels to align with operational demands and budget guidelines.
+ Ensure checkbook and monthly fiscal duties/timelines are met and adjusting staffing and expenses based on business demand.
+ Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the hotel.
+ Support training, development, and performance management for team.

**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in hotel operations, with supervisory or management experience required.
+ Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations.
+ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams.
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays as needed.
+ Experience in handling guest concerns with professionalism and tact.
