In this role, you will…

 

Be at the heart of OneADP's operational engine. As Manager, OneADP Operations, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives that support Strategic Enablement goals. From managing executive meetings and dashboards to driving cross-functional projects and communications, you ensure that our objectives are aligned, our progress is visible, and our teams are empowered to succeed.

You'll work closely with Analytics, HR, OneADP Vice President/General Managers (VP/GMs), Project Administrators and Strategic Enablement to ensure seamless collaboration and execution across the OneADP ecosystem.

 

What you'll do:

Strategic Operations & Planning

Partner with OneADP VP/GMs on our objectives and key results to define key projects and deliverables aligned to OneADP objectives. Track progress, assign ownership and ensure updates are shared at quarterly OneADP VP/GM meetings. Collaborate with Strategic Enablement leadership to define, align and report progress made towards annual goals with the broader organization. Supports the OneADP organizational agenda to influence partners and leaders by researching and analyzing topics of interest.

 

Executive Meeting Management

Plan and facilitate bi-annual in-person, monthly virtual and quarterly business partner meetings. Manage agendas, content, capture notes and track follow-up actions to drive senior-level decision-making with alignment and accountability towards OneADP objectives. Align topics with key goals, challenges and insights gathered. Serves as a partner and advisor by connecting the dots between data, trends, and organizational goals to influence innovative decision-making across the team.

 

Data & Dashboard Leadership

Collaborate with Analytics, HR, Strategic Enablement and OneADP VP/GMs to define data and maintain dashboards that support talent, operations, and facilities goals. Lead quarterly updates to the OneADP Real Estate Dashboard, including seat utilization and headcount projections. Help develop new data points that add value to the mission and enhance the story of OneADP.

Project Management & Enablement

Drive high-priority projects such as onboarding content maintenance and development tracking, leadership academies, and skills development strategies for strategic alignment across all OneADP locations. Support the administration and analysis of 90-day and 9-month new associate focus groups across all sites to inform future initiatives.

People Leadership & Coaching

Serve as a team lead for Project Administrators, assigning cross-location projects and providing coaching and feedback. Facilitate quarterly meetings and ensure alignment with OneADP processes.

Communications & Collaboration

Act as a liaison for HR Communications and support Strategic Enablement communications. Contribute to the quarterly newsletter and maintain documentation of OneADP standards. Acts as a storyteller to bring examples of strategic collaboration and team successes to improve the associate and client experience, integrating data and outcomes to inspire action and innovation. Supports team-wide events by developing a consistent communications plan, collaboration, and messaging that align with our brand standards. Develops presentations, briefings, and other communication deliverables. Organizes and maintains documents, content and communications repositories.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

5+ years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or strategic enablement roles. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Human Resources, Data Analytics, Real Estate, and executive leadership. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ability to leverage storytelling to translate data and complex topics into assets for organizational efficiency, alignment, and areas of opportunity. Ability to look beyond information, data, and concepts to provide strategic insights. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract strategic insights. Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to make fact-based decisions and potentially adopt different points of view. Great presentation skills and ability to lead meetings with clarity. Excellent collaboration and Interpersonal skills.

 

Bonus points if you have:

 

Experience with Office 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate). Familiarity with dashboarding tools and analytics platforms. Exposure to internal communications or change management.
