What You'll Do:Help plan, schedule, and oversee daily job operations (estate sales, relocations, cleanouts)
Coordinate team members and ensure each job is properly staffed
Communicate with clients compassionately and professionally
Conduct on-site consultations and basic walkthroughs
Support the onboarding and training of new team members
Manage job logistics (e.g., donation pickups, bulk trash, vendor appointments)
Help track leads, follow up with clients, and update project records
Contribute to improving internal processes and efficiency
Support owner and general manager with admin tasks and reports
