Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and driven Operations Manager to manage overall operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety. An experienced Operations Manager will ensure that all operations are conducted safely and run smoothly.
Responsibilities
+ Direct purchasing, stockroom, planning, product integration & test, and delivery.
+ Assign tasks and monitor their completion.
+ Set team schedules and deadlines.
+ Author and discuss employee performance appraisals.
+ Address employee performance and corrective action plans.
Essential Skills
+ Electro-Mechanical Production Management with 10+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments.
+ Leadership & Team Management with 5+ years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or operations setting.
+ Quality & Compliance Standards (IPC, ISO 9001/AS9100) with 5+ years working with quality systems in a regulated environment.
+ Technical Documentation & Interpretation with 5+ years in a technical or engineering-heavy production role.
+ ERP System Proficiency with 3+ years using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, Costpoint preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components, including PCBs.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Experience with safety and productivity optimization.
+ U.S. person status required for ITAR/EAR compliance.
Work Environment
The role involves overseeing the assembly and testing of large, complex electromechanical systems. The work environment requires a deep understanding of production workflows and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely delivery. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
