The factory operates 24 hours per day, 6 days per week in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This role will be responsible for all aspects of production, including EHS, quality, staffing, production efficiency and the continual improvement of operations through operational excellence and lean principles. The role will also be critical in driving consistency across all policies and procedures within the production department.
