Skills and Requirements Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience in automotive/heavy steel low manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies, and process design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift operation with 500+ personnel. Six sigma certification Understanding of assembly process from start to finish -5S Experience
