Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Shift hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am

What you will do:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

Monitors the volume and quality of output and makes necessary adjustments so that production specifications are met, resources are used efficiently and performance problems can be identified and resolved.

Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.

Responsible for individual employee performance to accepted standards, including but not limited to safety, workmanship, attendance, and job performance.\u00A0 Grow the positive employee relationships that exist within organizations, including\u00A0manufacturing relations and facilitation of an environment to support high-performance work teams.\u00A0

Contributes to the development and implementation of new processes, tools and/or equipment.

Impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the department.

Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment are operated safely.

Develop and operate within budget requirements.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 7 years progressive manufacturing experience.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.

Demonstrated leadership ability; well-developed oral and communication skills.

Demonstrated proficiency in supervision of multiple processes.

Knowledge of\u00A0Lean Six Sigma\u00A0preferred.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$90,900.00 - $164,675.00
