We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with extensive experience in road and infrastructure projects for a leading Tier One organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise, operational leadership, and commercial acumen to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and relevant contracting/engineering qualifications

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including FIDIC experience

15+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in an Operations Manager role at Tier One companies

Proven experience in business development and establishing new opportunities

SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) qualifications/training

Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure environments and tight deadlines

Candidates should have proven business development skills, SHEQ experience, and a solid track record of leadership in high-profile projects.

Lead, manage, and oversee road and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical, operational, and commercial excellence

Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource management while maintaining compliance with ISO, SHEQ, and statutory requirements

Implement operational best practices, monitor performance, and optimize project delivery

Manage teams, client relationships, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes

Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are consistently met

Oversee commercial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
