Job Responsibilities :

The Operations Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting global FinTech business operations by ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments and external partners. Reporting to the Lead, Partners Support Team, this position acts as the operational backbone connecting Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in day-to-day processes.

The Executive manages daily operational tasks such as partner account setup, workflow monitoring, data validation, and issue resolution across multiple internal systems. The role is responsible for maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and operational documents to reflect current practices and compliance standards.

Collaboration is central to this position. The Executive facilitates communication between internal teams and coordinates with global partners—including merchants, distributors, and resellers—to ensure timely documentation, resolve inquiries, and support operational alignment across both Global and China markets.

A proactive mindset is critical, as the role requires identifying process improvement opportunities, assisting in project initiatives, and supporting business development activities.

Summary

The Operations Management Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our growing FinTech business operations across global markets. This position serves as a key liaison between multiple internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless operational workflows, accurate documentation, and efficient business processes.

Working within the Business Operations team, you will collaborate with various departments including Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support our diverse partner ecosystem—including Merchants (Global and China Market), 3rd party pins distributors or master resellers, and Resellers (RGDH platform). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Operations & System Management

Perform day-to-day operational tasks and provide support for account setup within internal systemsMonitor and manage operational workflows to ensure timely completion of tasksMaintain data accuracy and integrity across multiple operational platformsTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents, including forms, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and performance reportsCreate and update documentation to reflect current processes and best practicesGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and others to ensure smooth internal workflowsFacilitate communication between departments to resolve operational challengesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussionsSupport project initiatives that require multi-departmental coordination

Partner & Client Coordination

Coordinate with global partners including merchants, 3rd party distributors, master resellers, and RGDH platform resellersCollect required materials and documentation from clients in a timely mannerAddress partner inquiries and provide operational support as neededSupport both Global and China Market partner operations

Process Improvement & Administrative Support

Identify opportunities for improvement in operational workflows and support the implementation of effective solutionsProvide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc projects as neededSupport special initiatives and business development activities as required

Pre-Requisites :

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
