BAE Systems is looking for an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Lead to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. As the O&M Lead, you will support the Program Manager in overseeing and leading a technical program that delivers Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. Responsibilities: As the O&M Lead, you will work closely with the team to maintain reliable operation of an integrated digital modeling environment. You will provide remote resolution support for TIER 0/1/2 support of Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure, AWS Workspaces, and stored data in support of business processing requirements. You will support a mixed Windows/Linux server environment using ServiceNow, Active Directory and PKI based authentication for Windows user workspaces and remote access. Application support includes IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM), Riskonnect, TeamWork Cloud, Microsoft Project and Tableau. + Support contract execution by interacting directly with our team members providing customer support to a dispersed customer base + Interface with the customer, maintain and promote positive relationships + Deliver contract deliverables and other customer status updates + Prepare program execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs + Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items + Create, maintain, and analyze ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards + Ensure team meets all Service Level Objectives (SLOs) + Ensure team meets all deadlines (some are very tight) + Create processes and procedures for team to streamline activities + Identify automation efficiencies + Understand and adhere to applicable standards and laws, coordinating with various departments for successful program execution \#LI-DE1 XYZ **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s or Master s degree + PMI Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) + Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team of 10 + Demonstrated experience in working across the aisle with Engineering + Experience leading and managing O&M teams using agile methodologies + Ability to ensure team produces quality deliverables gather data, create metrics and reporting for internal and external leadership + Ability to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external leadership + Excellent organizational and follow through skills + Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills + Detail oriented + Solid ability to troubleshoot and problem solve + Proficient in ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office + Ability to comprehensively deliver contract deliverables and other customer status updates + Ability to prepare program execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs + Ability to coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items + Ability to create, maintain, and analyze ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards + Demonstrated ability to ensure team meets all Service Level Objectives (SLOs) + Demonstrated ability to ensure team meets all deadlines (some are very tight) + Demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures for team to streamline activities + Ability to identify automation efficiencies + Understand and adhere to applicable standards and laws, coordinating with various departments for successful program execution **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s or Master s degree in STEM program + AWS Solution Architect Associate, or equivalent + Linux System Administration + Windows System Administration + IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) + Enterprise digital modeling tools (system modeling software, TeamWork Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, etc.) + SharePoint and Project Web Access (PWA) + AWS Cloud infrastructure and workspaces **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
