Operations Maintenance Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance jobs between operations and maintenance for weekly and downtime schedules.   They manage the cost of storeroom purchases and ensure alignment between department maintenance needs and budget requirements. The OMC will collaborate primarily with paper machine and maintenance personnel.  

TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•             Management of preventative, routine, and scheduled downtime maintenance schedules.

•             Safety/Housekeeping Performance Management

•             Cost Management

•             Cross department collaboration

CRITICAL LEARNING EXPERIENCES

•             More than 5 years, up to 10 years of experience

•             High School Diploma or Equivalent
