Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations & Strategy Execution
Lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiency.
Align resources to support key performance metrics including Client Acquisition, GDC, net flows, retention, and digital usage.
Partner with AFIG leadership, advisors, and staff to ensure business priorities are operationalized.
Support client acquisition strategies through structured tracking and impact analysis.
Operational Oversight & Engagement
Manage activities that support business results, revenue growth, client experience and efficient operations.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to determine next best actions and continuous improvement activities.
Partner with compliance teams to ensure training and regulatory standards are met.
Drive and implement change management through effective communications, training and coaching.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for staff.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to foster engagement and development.
Collaborate with senior operations leadership to determine staffing needs and allocate resources.
Champion a culture of coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to motivate team members to delivery results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with little or no supervision and strong organizational/time management skills.
Proficient in business software applications; detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in AAG Field or Corporate office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial Services operational experience.
Series 7 license
State securities registration (S63 or S66)

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $72,100 - $124,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
