The position will be the face of the organization to our customers for all discussions on operational performance. This role will support Operational Excellence during all RLPM life cycle stages of the various cargo programs. This position is responsible for the operational performance of their assigned programs including quality, delivery, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is the focal to ensure that the Cargo Supply Chain, Logistics, Internal Operations, and Quality groups are working efficiently together to support our customer requirements. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
