 What You will Do:

Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with ownersWork with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other departments.Act as liaison between program and other departments supporting operations.Aid the operations lead, as the operations focal on the floor in helping to prioritize hardwareCoordinate with shop floor technicians and supervisors to help expedite hardware through shippingMay need to provide weekend support for items that require quick customer turnaroundCreate daily Work in Progress and shipping reportsProvide Line of Balance to program managers showing estimated ship dates

Work Experience

What You Will Bring:

Minimum AS degree with 3+ years of production support experience or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are required Excel level requirements include: creation of pivot tables-simple formulas-charts-graphs-line of balancesExperience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferredStrong communication, team work, self-motivation, and organizational skillsDue to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Pay Range: 60K-65K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, Az.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking
