Role Summary
At JLL, we're seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage critical client relationships and oversee complex FM contracts while ensuring service delivery excellence and operational performance optimization. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions, and develop value-enhancing strategies that support our clients' evolving business objectives and workplace needs.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for RTX site FMs and local FM subject matter expertManage vendor contracts where JLL is principal, including performance monitoring and compliance oversightOversee work order management and coordinate priority reactive works through helpdesk systemsOrganize HSSE/FM inspections, compile reports, and proactively raise maintenance work ordersBuild and maintain client relationships through regular meetings and strategic planning sessionsLead contract management activities including performance monitoring and financial oversight across ANZSupervise diverse facility types from defense compounds to corporate offices and manufacturing sitesOversee facility management teams and service providers to ensure consistent service deliveryManage FM budgets, review vendor quotations, and lead financial forecasting and reportingDeliver client reporting requirements and resolve escalated issues to minimize risk exposureRequired Qualifications:
No criminal background, Aus citizen is a requirement, maintain NV1 clearances
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in facilities management with at least 3 years in contract managementStrong understanding of facility services, contract structures, SLAs, and KPIsExperience with defence contractor or secure facility environmentsProject/transition management experience for relocations and facility changesTechnical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, fire suppression, electrical infrastructure)Proven track record of successful client relationship managementExperience with financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlExcellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and service providersAbility to obtain and maintain security clearances for defence industry facilitiesShaping the future of real estate for a better world
