Job Responsibilities :

Operations Intern to assist Project Manager in daily routine tasksRaising purchase requisition and processing of invoices for payment to vendors.Scheduling and recording minutes for relevant meetings and coordinating their distribution.Assisting Project Managers with internal and inter-department communication and coordination on projects of various sizes.Identify process optimization opportunities and work with developers to implement automated pipelines.Helping project teams up-to-date with the latest information related to on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress.Extracting and generating reports from various databases periodically for the team.Periodically updating documentation in Confluence.
